Defense Minister Honors Engineer Seklaoui

Minister of Defense Yaacoub El-Sarraf received at his office the Director General of La Regie Libanaise de Tabacs et Tombacs Engineer Nassif Seklaoui in the presence of Regie’s Financial Manager Wael Dergham.

During the meeting, Minister El-Sarraf presented an honorary shield to Eng. Seklaoui for the efforts exerted by Regie and the national role it assumes.
In turn, Eng. Seklaoui offered Minister El-Sarraf a memorial photograph of tobacco planting.
