The Head of the parliamentary bloc Strong Lebanon, PM Gibran Bassil visiting the Regie in Batroun: every succeeding public administration is a benefit to Lebanon

The Head of Strong Lebanon bloc, PM Gibran Bassil, visited today, Friday, the Regie’s Batroun department, and stressed that "every succeeding public administration is a benefit to Lebanon." Basil was received by the Regie’s President and Director General, Eng. Nassif Seklaoui, members of the Board, and officials at the Batroun department. He toured the sections of the department and listened to an explanation from its officials about the production mechanism in the molasses manufacturing plants, which are considered the most advanced in the Middle East, employing experts of international level, as well as including foreign and local technicians and a Lebanese workforce, and produce the most popular international brands. Basil said in a speech that he addressed: "My mind is always with production and development, and I always receive good news about work in here. So, I came today to closely discover it and I was very happy because the place is no longer empty as it was years ago." He added, "Since the beginning, the priority was given to the people of the region to work here. Therefore, no more complaints about the department being shut. It is a resource of the state, not just the region." He concluded by saying: "Any succeeding public administration is a benefit to Lebanon, and any harmed administration all Lebanon is harmed with it. We are with you and encourage you to expand and develop the work, which increases production." As for Seklaoui, he welcomed Bassil's visit and thanked him for his interest and appreciation for the success of the Regie.
