Collaboration Fund for the staff and laborers of the Regie Libanaise Des Tabacs Et Tombacs
The Collaboration Fund aims to improve the social and human aspect of Regie's work. A non-profit fund, The Collaboration Fund revolves around collaboration between its members and their desire to work together to improve society. The fund was established in 1967 and its head office is located at Hadath, in Baabda Province.

Prior to the war, The Collaboration Fund assisted laborers who left Regie by providing at minimum of 35% of the end of service indemnity. In the modern era, the role of the Fund was changed in order to provide accessible loans and financial aid for needy laborers.

The Fund does not have share capital and its financial revenues are generated from the membership fee paid by members, as well as from contributions, gifts and donations.

Membership Conditions
To benefit from The Fund, members must be a laborer at Regie, or an ex-member of staff who was dismissed due to their age, or who had resigned after working for Regie for 20 years. Administrative staff are also eligible for assistance from The Fund.

Provisions
The granting of medical and social assistance to members, while observing the principle of supporting old laborers The facilitating of dental services to members by working with 100 dentists across Lebanon The granting of special loans to fixed laborers, in line with their salaries and with moderate interest rates
