Management Committee Member, Mazen Abboud, Honored for Outstanding Thesis

Eng. Nassif Sekaloui, President - Director General of the Regie, accompanied by committee members, Eng. George Hobeika and Dr. Issam Salman, visited Dr. Mazen Abboud to congratulate him on his exceptional doctoral thesis and obtaining his doctoral degree with distinction from Saint Joseph University in Beirut.

Seklaoui commended Abboud’s diligent effort in his studies, and the occasion was marked by the cutting of a celebratory cake.
